Job Description
- Maintaining & nurturing the customer database.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies for various water purifier products and services offered by the company.
- Creating and managing service marketing campaigns across different channels, such as social media, email, web, etc., to promote the company’s brand, products, and services.
- Cross selling & upselling of brand products & services to existing customer databases.
- Devising service offers & promotions calendar for the entire year in coordination with the service team.
- Devising Retention of existing customers and ring fencing them from competition.offers & promotions calendar for the entire year in coordination with the service team.
- Devising Measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of service marketing activities and campaigns, using metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, customer retention, etc.of existing customers and ring fencing them from competition.offers & promotions calendar for the entire year in coordination with the service team.
- Coordinating with other departments, such as sales, operations, finance, etc., to ensure alignment of marketing objectives and goals.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, satisfaction levels & competition benchmarking for water purifiers in India.
- Staying updated with the latest trends, developments, and best practices in the water purifier industry and the service marketing field.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate / MBA
