Job Description
- Develop/maintain training content roadmap for different product modules and processes.
- Work on training delivery strategies for different product modules and processes.
- Come up with evaluation and scoring mechanisms to assess impact of training.
- Develop certifications/courses to attain different levels of proficiency in product and process training.
- Develop/Maintain new training content for products and processes. And ensure that it is kept up to date with changes in product or process.
- Develop/maintain supplementary training including reading material, assignments and exercises.
- Deliver the training content through various channels/ mediums.
- Develop self-paced training courses for product and process.
- Deliver training through a classroom environment to new/existing partners/employees.
Qualifications
UG:
- Any Graduate
Experience
- 6 - 10 years
