To avail the warranty fill in the form
- ZeroB OTG products are covered under a limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
- The warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, as determined by ZeroB’s service team.
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
- Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by authorized ZeroB service personnel.
- ZeroB may repair or replace the product/component at its discretion. Proof of purchase is required.
- All disputes arising out of or in connection with the product or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
- For availing warranty services, the customer should be responsible for bearing shipping charges incurred in sending the product to the company’s authorized service center.
