Job Description
We are seeking motivated and dynamic professionals to join our Premium Products Direct Sales Team. The role involves identifying and acquiring high-value customers, nurturing strong client relationships, and driving sales growth for our premium product portfolio.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Note: As per designation (Frontliner / Mid-Senior / Senior), the scope, complexity, and leadership responsibilities will vary.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by connecting directly with customers through field visits, meetings, networking, and inbound inquiries.
- Present and explain company products/services to prospective customers, addressing their requirements and offering the most suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements directly with customers, ensuring a win–win outcome.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry developments, and competitor activities to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, service, product, marketing) to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support.
Additional Responsibilities by Level
- Mid-Senior level: Manage key customer accounts, handle escalations, mentor junior staff, and contribute to territory/segment strategy.
- Senior level: Lead regional or segment sales strategy, manage and guide a sales team, oversee high-value deals, and provide sales forecasts to management.
Requirements
- Frontliner: 0–4 years of Business-to-Customer sales experience (Fresher’s with strong communication skills may apply).
- Mid-Senior: 5–15 years of relevant B2C sales experience with a track record of achieving targets and managing important accounts.
- Senior: 15+ years of progressive B2C sales experience including team management, strategy execution, and handling high-value customers.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
