Job Description
We are seeking motivated and dynamic professionals to join our Commercial Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying corporate clients, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and driving sales of our commercial products.
This role calls for strong interpersonal skills, a results-oriented approach, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Note: As per designation (Frontliner / Mid-Senior / Senior), the scope, complexity, and leadership responsibilities will vary.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by connecting directly with customers through field visits, meetings, networking, and inbound inquiries.
- Present and explain company products/services to prospective customers, addressing their requirements and offering the most suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Identify, appoint, and develop channel partners to expand market reach. Provide product training, guidance, and business support to channel partners and their teams.
- Stay Promote and sell a range of commercial water solutions including water purifiers, integrated water coolers, dispensers, water vending machines, and pre-treatment systems (sand filters, softeners, lab water purification systems).with product knowledge, industry developments, and competitor activities to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Focus on selling ultrapure water solutions for molecular research labs, hybrid technology labs, hospitals, pathology labs, and pharmaceutical industries.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Collaborate with consultants and architects to facilitate project approvals and promote product adoption.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, timely reporting, and accurate forecasting.
Additional Responsibilities by Level
- Mid-Senior level: Manage key accounts, handle escalations, mentor junior staff, and contribute to regional/territory strategy.
- Senior level: Lead regional or segment sales strategy, manage and guide a sales team, oversee high-value negotiations, and provide strategic market insights and sales forecasts to management.
Requirements
- Frontliner: 0–4 years of B2B sales experience (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
- Mid-Senior: 5–15 years of relevant B2B sales experience with a track record of achieving targets and managing key accounts/channel partners.
- Senior: 15+ years of progressive B2B sales experience including team management, strategy execution, and handling high-value clients.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in water treatment, consumer durables, or industrial/office automation industries preferred.
