Exsil Nano Resin Technology
Exsil Nano is a cation exchange resin present in silverized form. It’s a contact disinfectant but not a conventional ion exchanger. The unique polymeric structure of Exsil Nano ensures sustained release of silver ion in treated water. The water coming in contact with Exsil Nano should be pre-treated to make it free from dirt, suspended solids.
This will give optimum performance during use. The concentration of silver ions leached into drinking water from the resin is relevant conditions of pH, TDS, and chlorine & flowrates is significantly less than 100 ppb (secondary standard, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency).

Recommended usage
It is highly recommended that Exsil Nano resin after charging in the service vessel should be thoroughly washed with 20 bv* of deionised water. It may be noted that this procedure is to becarried out only after initial charge or in case the service vessel is out of operation for a long period.
Storage
Exsil Nano resin beads must never be allowed to become dry. Therefore, always store resinbags in the shade.
